Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a project analyst or project manager.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio.
• Strong understanding of FTTP/build activities (contextual knowledge).
• Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Ability to manage large datasets and provide clear stakeholder insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
• Independent, deadline-driven, flexible and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports tracking progress against targets and budgets.
• Build deployment forecasts across targets and budgets to highlight risks.
• Support business improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Manage priorities across multiple workstreams and report to senior management.
• Forecast resource needs including internal and external resources.
• Handle ad-hoc requests to support Hyperfast unit needs.
• Foster collaboration with Hyperfast, Group, Fibrus ISP and Build Co teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT Security to ensure budget compliance and GDPR/privacy controls.
