Job summary

Hyperfast is seeking a Business Reporting Project Analyst to oversee reporting across Hyperfast operations. You will provide visibility into KPIs, analyse trends, manage stakeholders, and present strategic updates to drive operational success.

You will develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports, support process improvements, and coordinate across groups to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven background in a project analyst or project manager role.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio proficiency.
• Strong understanding of FTTP network and key build activities.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards using various software.
• Ability to manage and analyse large datasets and provide clear stakeholder insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track progress against targets and budgets.
• Build deployment forecasts across targets and budgets and highlight risks.
• Support business improvement initiatives to optimise customer experience.
• Manage priorities across multiple workstreams and provide senior insights on shifts.
• Forecast internal and external resources and coordinate with project requirements.
• Adapt to ad-hoc requests to support Hyperfast business units.
• Maintain collaboration with Hyperfast, Group, Fibrus ISP, and Build Co teams for delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT Security to ensure budget, quality, GDPR compliance, and data protection.
