Qualifications

• Proven background in project analyst or project manager role.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio (or similar tools).
• Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track progress against targets and budgets.
• Build deployment forecasts across targets and budgets, highlighting risks and shortfalls.
• Support business improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
• Manage multiple workstreams and provide senior management with timely insights.
• Coordinate resource forecasting across internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT Security to ensure compliance and budget adherence.
