AFCA in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery across complex technology programs. You will connect business and technology teams, manage dependencies and keep delivery moving in a regulated environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong Agile and SAFe experience, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. Hybrid work options and values-driven culture are offered.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience leading complex technology-enabled projects and programs.
• Strong experience in enterprise delivery and transformation beyond traditional project management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering through Agile and SAFe at scale.
• Proven Scrum Master experience, including facilitating multi-team or program-level events.
• Strong hands-on delivery leadership and the ability to move between strategic oversight and execution.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-enabled initiatives and value streams.
• Facilitate key Agile Release Train events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Syncs and System Demos.
• Establish and lead SAFe delivery structures aligned with enterprise governance and risk requirements.
• Translate organisational strategy and customer experience objectives into clear delivery plans, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across business analysis, technology and process design, build, testing and implementation.
• Manage complex dependencies, risks and impediments across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Bring together internal technology and operational teams, vendors, system integrators and other delivery partners.
• Provide clear reporting and delivery assurance to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile and SAFe practices.
• Support teams to continuously improve how they work and deliver value.
• Act as a change agent, helping people adopt new capabilities, technology and ways of working.
