Job summary

Australian Financial Complaints Authority Limited is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery across complex technology-enabled programs. You will bring structure to complexity, align business and technology teams, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You’ll own SAFe delivery across multiple teams, coach Lean-Agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience leading complex technology-enabled projects and programs.
Experience delivering through Agile and SAFe at scale.
Proven Scrum Master experience, including facilitating multi-team or program-level events.
Experience with blended delivery models involving internal teams, system integrators and offshore partners.
Strong risk, dependency and impediment management capability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-enabled initiatives and value streams.
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Syncs and System Demos.
Establish SAFe delivery structures aligned with governance and risk requirements.
Translate strategy and customer experience objectives into delivery plans, roadmaps and outcomes.
Coordinate delivery across business analysis, technology and process design, build, testing and implementation.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile and SAFe practices.
Provide reporting and delivery assurance to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
