This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a regulated environment, offering collaboration with stakeholders and partners while coaching teams to higher Lean-Agile performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology delivery programs.
• Delivery through Agile and SAFe at scale.
• Strong Scrum Master experience with multi-team events.
• Experience with blended delivery models including offshore partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior level.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-enabled initiatives and value streams.
• Facilitate key Agile Release Train events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Syncs and System Demos.
• Establish and lead SAFe delivery structures aligned with governance and risk requirements.
• Translate strategy and customer objectives into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate delivery across business analysis, technology and design, build, testing and implementation.
• Manage dependencies, risks and impediments across teams.
• Bring together internal tech and operational teams, vendors and partners.
• Provide reporting and delivery assurance to senior stakeholders.
