Job summary

Gippsland Water in Traralgon is seeking a Manager Strategy and Corporate Regulation to shape the organisation's strategic direction and regulatory reporting. You will lead pricing submissions and provide insightful analysis to the Board.

The role requires a strong leader who can manage cross‑functional work, influence senior stakeholders and deliver high‑quality governance outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regulatory submissions and pricing strategies.
• Strong governance and corporate planning experience.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide strategic and corporate planning with measurable outcomes and performance reporting.
• Oversee regulatory planning, reporting and compliance frameworks.
• Lead development and delivery of pricing submissions and related regulatory programs.
• Provide strategic insight via environmental scanning, industry research and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with regulatory bodies, executives and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Lead and develop the team while efficiently managing resources.
