Job summary

Gippsland Water seeks a Manager AI, Data and Intelligence in Traralgon to lead a small team and shape the organisation's enterprise approach to AI, data analytics, innovation and governance.

You will develop strategies, roadmaps and standards to adopt AI responsibly, improve data quality and translate ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, technology or business architecture.
• Proven AI and data governance experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable governance and roadmaps.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI, data and analytics strategy and roadmaps.
• Establish AI and data governance frameworks across privacy, cyber security, ethics.
• Lead data management, BI and analytics, improving data quality and accessibility.
• Shape enterprise architecture principles and target-state transformation roadmaps.
• Lead innovation initiatives, AI pilots and scaled delivery.
• Create business cases and ROI frameworks for AI initiatives.
