Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Australia, focusing on Manufacturing or Logistics sectors. You will develop new clients, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, hit personal sales targets, and contribute to a high-energy team culture while driving business growth across the Australian market.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outbound sales experience.
• 1 year recruitment experience (desirable).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end to end recruitment services.
• Collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates to build strong talent pool.
• Meeting personal sales activities and targets to contribute to team and business financial objectives.
• Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration.
