We seek a 360 Recruitment Consultant to grow existing client relationships, win new business and maintain a high standard of service delivery for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistent billing in an agency recruitment environment.
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes (permanent placements preferred).
• Confidence working with mid to senior-level roles and stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a commercial mindset and strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Proactively attract candidates and register for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a quality pool of work-ready candidates.
• Write and place effective job advertisements and consult with clients on them.
• Accurately establish client needs through quality job briefs.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships and respond to information requests.
• Grow new and existing business through calls, visits and KPI-driven activities.
• Ensure service delivery quality and compliance across all candidate and client interactions.
