AutoTest Pty Ltd is seeking a Purchasing Officer to support purchasing, supply-chain coordination, and day-to-day manufacturing operations. You will source quality components, create purchase orders, and coordinate stock levels to keep production on track.

You will work with sales, manufacturing, couriers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate records, and safe, efficient operations in a manufacturing setting. An organised, commercially minded approach is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in procurement, supply, warehouse operations or manufacturing.
• Understanding of purchasing and supply continuity in manufacturing.
• Strong supplier communication, price negotiation and relationship management.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

Aufgaben

• Source and compare manufacturing components to secure quality products at competitive prices.
• Create purchase orders and update accounting and purchasing systems accurately.
• Receive, record and track incoming items, components and finished products.
• Coordinate daily receipt and inventory activities across a busy supply and warehouse environment.
• Monitor stock levels and support timely availability of materials for production.
• Communicate and negotiate with courier, transport and supplier partners.
• Liaise with sales and manufacturing teams to manage supply, demand and production delays.
• Supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities, coordinate priorities and ensure quality standards.
