Amentum is seeking multiple Proposal Managers to join the Proposals team in Australia. You will lead end-to-end proposal development, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliant submissions, and mentor junior team members. Roles vary by level from PM I to PM III with increasing responsibility and experience.

The team works under tight deadlines in a safety-conscious environment, with strong emphasis on documentation, planning, and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualificações

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Zero to two years of related experience in proposals or administrative support (PM I).
• Two to five years of related experience in proposal coordination (PM II).
• Five to ten years in proposal development and project management (PM III).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suites; document management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end proposal development and submission.
• Analyse RFP requirements and develop proposal strategies.
• Coordinate and review proposal deliverables.
• Mentor and support Proposal Manager team members.
• Ensure proposal documentation adheres to control processes.
• Support proposal reporting for stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on interpretation, compliance, and clarifications.
• Drive proposal development initiatives and continuous improvement.
