Perth Airport is seeking an experienced Development Manager to drive our Skyfields land and industrial development. You will steer subdivision opportunities, manage approvals, and coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver value across a major WA portfolio.

You will lead financial modelling, planning strategy, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high standards across built‑form developments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property development.
• Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and approval processes for subdivision projects.
• Develop strategies and feasibility assessments for development sites.
