Job summary

Perth Airport is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead strategic land subdivision within the Skyfields portfolio, driving significant industrial, retail and commercial opportunities in Western Australia. The role requires hands-on delivery, rigorous governance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property development
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience delivering land development and subdivision projects
• Experience with built-form developments

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and approval processes required to unlock development opportunities, including Major Development Plan applications, regulatory submissions, stakeholder engagement and environmental offset requirements.
• Preparing and implementing development strategies and feasibility assessments for staged subdivision projects.
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support investment and development decisions.
• Managing project programmes and delivery timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standards.
• Providing strategic advice and contributing to the ongoing growth and performance of the property development portfolio.
