Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead strategic land subdivision within the Skyfields portfolio in Western Australia. You will work closely with the General Manager Property Development to unlock opportunities, drive feasibility studies, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

This hands-on role requires exceptional organisation, strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record in delivering land development and subdivision

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property development and hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly results-driven with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience delivering land development and subdivision projects.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and approval processes to unlock development opportunities.
• Prepare and implement development strategies and feasibility assessments for staged subdivision projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decisions.
• Manage project programmes and delivery timelines to ensure outcomes.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver on time and budget.
• Provide strategic advice to grow and perform the property development portfolio.
