Job summary

Department of Defence, ASCISPO at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW, seeks a Project Scheduling Specialist to support delivery of air force upgrades. You will assist with project scheduling, provide expert advice, and help plan, review and adjust priorities.

The role requires ITAR awareness, ability to engage stakeholders, and the ability to deliver results with limited supervision. A Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and deliver in a timely manner.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including communicating clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing.
• Initiative working with limited supervision whilst engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve project outputs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling, providing critical expert advice and assistance.
• Manage and supervise all project scheduling providing critical expert advice and assistance.
• Use initiative and experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes.
• Undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice for complex activities.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage stakeholders' expectations to deliver agreed project outcomes.
