Job summary

Department of Health Victoria – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Program Manager, Housing & Fairness to lead multiple projects across the Housing & Fairness portfolio. You will manage budgets, forecasts and stakeholder relationships, driving agile delivery and organisational change.

Responsibilities include reporting to executive boards, mentoring teams and ensuring successful implementation from approval to ongoing support. Flexible working arrangements are offered within a public service context.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across the Housing & Fairness portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead teams through organisational and program change initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cashflow expenditure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, stakeholder management, innovation facilitation and risk management across ICT programs.
• Oversee budget and cashflow management, reporting and quality assurance.
• Liaise with executive sponsors and steering committees to ensure successful delivery.
