Microsoft Corporation is seeking a Program Manager (Contract) to serve as the operational backbone for a senior cloud supply chain leadership organization. You will own the rhythm of business, drive strategic planning, and craft executive communications while collaborating across multiple teams.

The role requires strong OKR governance, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, and the ability to manage high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business program or project management with end-to-end ownership.
• 4+ years of executive communications and content development experience.
• 3+ years of OKR and performance-tracking experience with dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the rhythm of business cadences (ROB) including staff meetings and reviews.
• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap with milestones.
• Lead OKR development and dashboard management using Excel and Power BI.
• Create executive-level newsletters and presentation decks.
