Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 5 to drive cross-functional operations for eCommerce and customer experience. You will lead weekly intake, governance, and tracking frameworks, enabling teams to execute with clarity.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, strong MS 365 skills, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders across Pacific or Mountain Time zones. Remote work and weekly pay are supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or team operations.
• Proven experience running rhythm of business for a leader and a team of 8–15+ people.
• Strong intake and prioritization management across multiple stakeholders with hard deadlines.
• Expert Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint decks, trackers, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written communication for senior audiences and Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly web and analytics intake across 3–4 teams with deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings for prioritization and ensure post-meeting follow-up.
• Plan and organize ROB and governance cadence for the team leader.
• Develop and maintain frameworks for web project tracking and launch communications.
• Help automate recurring team processes using Cowork and Scout.
