Job summary

Country Fire Authority is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and lead complex programs that align with CFA’s priorities and community outcomes.

You will drive governance, provide strategic advice to senior leaders and governance forums, and improve delivery capability across CFA’s enterprise portfolio, influencing resources and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
• Accreditation in Lean, PRINCE2 or PMP is highly regarded.
• Proven experience managing complex programs and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and projects within CFA's EPMO.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Ensure delivery aligns with benefits and resources.
• Promote enterprise portfolio planning and delivery maturity.
