Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a seasoned Project Manager within its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to lead IT technology, infrastructure and business improvement initiatives. You will define scope, governance and controls, while managing time, cost, quality, risk, budgets and dependencies.

Qualifications

Five+ years in planning, leading and delivering complex projects within approved scope, time, cost and quality.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams of five or more people.
Proven governance, planning, reporting and risk/issue/decision management.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through delivery and closure with clear scope and governance.
Engage sponsors and stakeholders; provide regular governance reporting and issue resolution.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, expenditure and variances; manage supplier and vendor performance.
