Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience across end-to-end procurement, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or senior procurement role.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiation and supplier performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of cost, working capital and supply risk.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, selection and management of suppliers for raw materials, packaging components and third-party finished goods.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver sustainable commercial outcomes and support Noumi’s growth plans.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive value across price, quality, service and supply.
• Build strong, strategic supplier relationships and ensure suppliers deliver against agreed expectations and obligations.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively address service, quality, cost and continuity-of-supply issues.
• Identify and manage supply risks, ensuring appropriate strategies are in place to maintain continuity of materials.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide commercially sound, value-adding procurement solutions.
