Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a D365 Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead to drive improvements across manufacturing, warehouse management and planning functions. This hands-on role owns the D365 improvement backlog, resolves system challenges and partners with operations to deliver practical solutions that boost efficiency and stability.

Based at our Australian sites, you will analyse and configure solutions across production control, inventory, WMS, quality and master planning, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012 experience.
• Strong functional expertise across D365 manufacturing, production control and warehouse management.
• Experience with process manufacturing, including formulas, batch orders, routes and resources.
• Strong understanding of master planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced D365 Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead to drive improvements across our manufacturing, warehouse management and planning functions.

This is a hands-on functional role where you'll take ownership of our D365 improvement backlog, resolve system challenges and work closely with operational teams to deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, stability and performance.

Working across our manufacturing operations in Ingleburn and Shepparton, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact over this 12-month engagement.

Analyse, configure and test solutions across production control, inventory, warehouse management, quality and master planning.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes and replace customisations with standard D365 functionality.

Partner with manufacturing, warehouse and planning teams to understand operational challenges and deliver practical improvements.

Troubleshoot complex system issues and identify sustainable solutions.

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced D365 functional specialist who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and working directly with operational teams.

5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012 experience.

Strong functional expertise across D365 manufacturing, production control and warehouse management.

Experience with process manufacturing, including formulas, batch orders, routes and resources.

Strong understanding of master planning, inventory management and supply chain processes.

Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG or food and beverage.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and deliver practical solutions.
