Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years procurement experience in packaging/chemical manufacturing, co-manufacturing or FMCG.
• Direct Materials and/or Packaging procurement experience.
• Strong networking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end sourcing events including market analysis, RFx documentation creation, evaluation, negotiation, selection and contract implementation.
• Execute buying activities across all Direct categories.
• Manage a pipeline of initiatives across productivity, innovation, sustainability, and risk mitigation. Lead cross-functional teams to implement and track outcomes.
• Build strong internal relationships with stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency on both internal and supply side, particularly with R&D and Commercial.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maximise value, not only through cost reduction, but also through new products and initiatives.
