Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia, Singapore and China. You’ll work in a small two-person TA team, partnering with hiring leaders and P&C Business Partners to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent for blue- and white-collar roles.

You’ll champion candidate experience, leverage direct search, LinkedIn, SEEK and referrals, and contribute to data-driven hiring metrics while embracing AI and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven success with high-volume and specialist recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability.
• Understanding of contemporary sourcing methodologies, AI tools and talent marketing.
• Excellent influencing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability and recruitment metrics reporting.
• Willingness to travel interstate to Shepparton.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across allocated portfolio (Australia, Singapore and China).
• Partner with hiring leaders and P&C Business Partners on sourcing strategy and time-to-fill decisions.
• Proactively source candidates via direct search, talent pools, LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and internal mobility.
• Champion a stellar candidate experience reflecting Noumi's values and employer brand.
• Maintain accurate ATS (Teamtailor) data and drive time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality of hire improvements.
• Support adoption of digital innovations, AI and workflow automation in recruitment.

The Opportunity

You'll own end-to-end recruitment across an allocated portfolio spanning Australia, Singapore and China, and across both blue- and white-collar roles. Working as part of a two-person Talent Acquisition team, with a Head Office in Ingleburnn, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders and P&C Business Partners to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent.

You'll be:

Managing multiple vacancies concurrently, from high-volume through to specialist and leadership roles

Partnering with hiring leaders as their trusted go-to for sourcing strategy, market insight and timely hiring decisions

Proactively sourcing candidates through direct search, talent pools, LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and internal mobility

Championing a candidate experience that reflects Noumi's values and employer brand

Keeping Teamtailor (ATS) accurate and using data to track and improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality of hire

Contributing to the ongoing adoption of digital innovation, AI and workflow automation in how we recruit

Helping build Noumi's profile as an employer of choice across the external talent market

What you'll bring

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment

Proven success managing high-volume and specialist recruitment across diverse roles

Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability

Understanding of contemporary sourcing methodologies, AI tools and talent marketing

Excellent influencing, communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical ability, comfortable building recruitment metrics and reporting

Ability to travel occasionally interstate to our Shepparton Manufacturing site
