Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Experience or exposure to procurement, supply chain, purchasing or a similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support the sourcing and selection of quality suppliers across raw materials, packaging and third-party finished goods.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring expectations around price, quality, service and supply are consistently met.
• Monitor supplier performance and work collaboratively to resolve supply or performance issues.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies that deliver sustainable outcomes for Noumi and our suppliers.
• Help ensure continuity of supply while balancing inventory and working capital requirements.
• Respond to changing business requirements and identify practical, value-adding procurement solutions.
