Job summary

Baxter is seeking a commercially minded Pricing Strategy & Insights Lead to drive pricing excellence and deliver profitable growth across Australia and New Zealand. The role is at the intersection of pricing, strategy, finance and data—working with Corporate Accounts, Network Sales, Finance and Commercial teams.

You will optimize pricing decisions, strengthen governance, and uncover opportunities to improve profitability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications or relevant professional certifications will be highly regarded.
Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, commercial finance, revenue management, or a related analytical function.

Responsibilities

Support Corporate Accounts and Network Sales in developing customer-specific pricing and commercial strategies across ANZ.
Provide data-driven insights to improve commercial decision-making and identify pricing opportunities.
Analyze pricing performance to identify price leakage and margin opportunities.
Lead annual list price reviews considering customer, market and margin impacts.
Develop financial models and P&L assessments to support pricing decisions.
Drive pricing governance and continuous improvement across the business.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to align pricing with objectives.
