Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Australia is seeking an ANZ Business Project Coordinator to join our Integrated Supply Chain team.

You will help drive the successful implementation of network optimization initiatives, including transitioning internal warehouse operations to a 3PL provider. Reporting to the Transformation Project Manager, you will analyze business needs, develop project plans, and ensure seamless execution across Baxter while building strong relationships with operations, logistics,

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in Business Administration or SCM.
2-4 years of project management and business analysis experience.
Experience in logistics and change management desirable.
Proficiency with Asana, Trello or MS Project.
Experience with Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of Manhattan Associates or JDE is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for network optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
Coordinate implementation with 3PL providers for a smooth transition of operations.
Develop and implement processes for 3PL operations and regulatory compliance.
Develop change management plans to reduce disruptions.
Communicate project plans, progress, and results to collaborators.
Provide regular project updates to keep stakeholders informed.
Ensure engagement across the project lifecycle to achieve outstanding results.
