Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie seeks a Practice Executive to join the Sydney office on a full-time, permanent basis. You will provide high-level business support to Partners within the Risk Advisory team, handling confidential information, managing monthly billing, and supporting client campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with extensive calendar and Outlook management.
• Experience with complex travel requirements.
• High degree of forward planning and strategic thinking.
• High degree of initiative, pro-activity and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of drivers in risk advisory.
• Client-focused approach and ability to network with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Partner calendars, coordinating meetings, events and schedules.
• Outlook management to organise inbox and workflows.
• Screen client calls and provide timely responses to internal and external contacts.
• Extensive travel planning and coordination of arrangements.
• Arrange client secondments and other meetings as required.
