Job summary

Mirvac Group's Commercial Finance team seeks a Manager, Commercial Finance - Portfolio Performance to partner with Portfolio Managers, provide commercial insight, robust analysis and forward-looking advice on asset strategy, leasing, capital allocation, valuations and portfolio performance.

You will drive asset performance, develop budgets and cash flow models, perform IRR and scenario analyses, and support acquisitions, due diligence and data quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, property, commerce, economics, accounting, or business.
• 5+ years' experience across asset management or related fields.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Managers to drive asset and portfolio performance.
• Provide commercial, financial and scenario analysis to support leasing, capital, valuation and investment decisions.
• Prepare business cases, investment recommendations, strategy papers and deal approvals.
• Develop asset budgets, forecasts, cash flow models and long-term plans.
• Undertake IRR calculations, variance analysis and sensitivity modelling.
• Identify performance drivers, risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Support external valuations and ensure key portfolio assumptions are accurate.
• Assist with property acquisitions, divestments and due diligence.
• Improve the quality and integrity of tenancy, lease, deal and asset data.
• Support process improvement, automation and the adoption of AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Valuations, Insights, Platform and Finance teams.
• Coach and support new Finance team members.
