Qualifications
- Accomplished People & Culture/HR leader with strategic and operational experience.
- Experience in complex, values-driven organisations.
- Experience in Aboriginal health services or similar environments is valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR and WHS teams to deliver culturally responsive services.
- Provide strategic HR and WHS advice to CEO and Executive leadership.
- Develop and implement a culturally informed People Services Strategy.
- Oversee workforce planning, organisational development, and safety programs.
- Develop Aboriginal employment strategies and leadership pathways.
- Collaborate with Aboriginal Advisory Council and Elders on cultural priorities.
- Foster cultural competency and ongoing learning across the organisation.
