Qualifications

• Proven experience leading People & Culture/HR in a values-driven organisation.
• Experience with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, WHS legislation and modern awards.
• Track record in developing Aboriginal employment strategies.
• Ability to lead organisational change with cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and WHS teams to deliver culturally responsive services.
• Provide strategic HR and WHS advice to CEO and Executive team.
• Develop culturally informed People Services Strategy aligned with objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, organisational development, and safety.
• Develop Aboriginal employment strategies to attract and retain staff.
• Strengthen leadership development for Aboriginal staff into senior roles.
• Collaborate with Aboriginal Advisory Council to embed cultural priorities.
