Qualifications

• Sound understanding of holistic pig production gained through practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise people effectively.
• Working knowledge of WH&S, Quality Assurance, and People & Culture procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the day-to-day tasks of Piggery Employees.
• Manage workload with respect to variations in staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with Animal Welfare standards.
