Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio. You will provide practical HR advice, coaching and insights to strengthen teams and deliver organisational priorities.

The role is hands-on, supporting people strategies and continuous improvement while building strong relationships across the organisation. You’ll bring 3-4 years' HRBP experience, strong generalist knowledge, excellent communication and a proactive, can-do attitude with

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
• Strong HR generalist knowledge and business partnering capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide trusted HR advice, coaching and guidance.
• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Analyse workforce data and identify trends, risks and opportunities with practical recommendations.
• Provide HR support across performance, ER, change management, workforce planning and engagement.
• Support and deliver HR projects including organisational change and workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to develop effective people solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.
• Maintain accurate HR information and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace.
