Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, translating business priorities into practical people strategies. You will balance strategic advisory with hands-on guidance across employee relations, workforce planning and organisational change.

You will lead initiatives to improve engagement, capability development and organisational culture, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best-practice HR frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience partnering with leadership teams on organisational change and workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into practical solutions.
• Collaborative approach, commercial mindset and commitment to positive employee experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business field.
