Job summary

Veritas Recruitment (Australia) is assisting a leading regional health service by securing an experienced People & Culture Senior Partner. The role shapes people strategies, navigates industrial relations, and drives workforce engagement and performance across the organisation.

You will partner with leaders, translate priorities into practical HR solutions, influence change, and lead leadership development initiatives within a stakeholder-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a business-related discipline.
• Demonstrated strategic management of industrial relations and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR business partnering support to leaders.
• Build relationships with unions and manage industrial relations matters.
• Advise on Enterprise Agreements and applicable employment legislation.
• Lead organisational development and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to plan and embed organisational change.
• Drive culture, engagement and organisational development projects.
