Job summary

GH Talent in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to partner with directorate leadership teams and help bring their people strategy to life.

You will advise on remuneration, leave, performance, talent and succession, and you will use workforce data to spot trends and work with Organisational Development, Work Health and Safety and Recovery at Work to solve problems together.

Qualifications

• Tiered HR leadership experience in large, complex organisations.
• Strong generalist knowledge across remuneration, performance, change, talent and succession.
• Experience in a unionised environment and industrial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with directorate leaders and develop P&C stakeholder plans.
• Provide guidance on remuneration, leave management, performance, change, talent and succession planning.
• Advise on employee relations and emerging trends, engaging with unions and professional bodies.
• Lead projects that support directorate people plans and guide employee engagement surveys.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and inform decisions.
• Support rollout of P&C strategic projects, policies and programs across the organisation.
