Job summary

Warrigal is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to shape our people strategy and support leaders in building high-performing teams. You will provide trusted guidance on employee relations, performance management and organisational development, while balancing business needs with our people.

You’ll influence decisions, navigate sensitive issues and contribute to culture and engagement initiatives, partnering across leaders to drive capability and continuous improvement at Warrigal.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Qualification in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field, with at least five years’ experience.
• Experience across a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to interpret employment legislation and provide sound HR advice.
• Experience in industrial and employee relations, including grievances, investigations, performance management.
• Ability to build effective workplace relationships and develop practical solutions to HR challenges.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to deliver client-focused HR services, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
