Checkout.com is seeking an Account Manager in Sydney to nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, merchants, and partners. You will be the business advisor during and after integration, communicating with executives to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market motions for AU/NZ.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Integration, and Support to deliver a superior merchant experience, while staying data-driven and strategic in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry.
• Strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of today’s major e‑commerce and payments technologies, players and trends in the Australian payments industry.
• Customer driven and able to establish robust relationships from C‑suite down.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise shifting workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide on-ground feedback to leadership influencing product roadmap for AU/NZ.

Responsibilities

• Building high touch, consultative and positive relationships with our merchants through regular and open communication.
• Delivering expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft a comprehensive, global payments strategy.
• Project managing merchant deliverables.
• Understanding the intricacies of our products, services and partner networks to meet merchants’ needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence internal stakeholders and product roadmaps, ensuring an outstanding merchant experience.
