Qualifications
- Degree in aviation, business or finance with 1-3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication
- Ability to analyse complex data and draw insights
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Jeppesen experience desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Construct and analyse complex flying patterns and rosters
- Optimise and build patterns and rosters for Cabin Crew
- Adhere to enterprise agreements and fatigue management programs
- Provide actionable insights and analysis to stakeholders
- Manage ad hoc projects and respond to crew queries
