Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Senior Analyst in Business Innovation and Support to drive the Constellation Flight Planning System and work with vendors and internal teams at the Mascot, Sydney Campus. The role focuses on maintaining, evolving, and supporting high-availability flight planning capabilities within a large aviation group.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, apply analytics to optimize processes, and lead change initiatives across technical and business domains to improve service

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation domain and flight planning environments.
• Ability to document and communicate complex workflows clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex strategic challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the Constellation Flight Planning System and teams that use it.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system availability.
• Full-time permanent position based at Mascot, Sydney Campus.
• Manage processes for the maintenance and evolution of the flight planning system.
• Provide specialist domain knowledge and liaise with vendors to support the system.
• Identify events leading to system failures and report them to ensure availability.
