The Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Society of SA is seeking a Partnership Manager to grow commercial partnerships across the Royal Adelaide Show and Adelaide Showground. The role is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term position with the opportunity to become permanent.

You will renew and strengthen existing partnerships, develop new opportunities and manage partnerships from first contact through activation and reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or business development.
• Ability to achieve revenue targets and secure commercial agreements.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Capability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with existing partners and lead renewal discussions.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate partnership benefits, activations and experiences with internal teams.
• Manage pipeline, forecast revenue and report on partnership performance.
• Identify funding opportunities and seek support for Foundations.
