Job summary

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking highly organised Coordinators to join our Competitions Administration & Systems team for a maximum-term casual contract from 22 February 2027 to 16 April 2027.

These roles sit at the heart of the Sydney Royal Easter Show and our Sydney Royal competitions – from animals and agriculture through to arts & crafts, food, flower & garden, cattle, horses, woodchopping and more.

Qualifications

• Confidence using Outlook, Excel and Word; experience with databases and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English; demonstrated customer service capability.
• Detail-focused administrator with ability to train others.
• Experience supervising a small team and coordinating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Competition Leads and Managers to manage entries, transactions and results.
• Provide data administration and customer services to Competition Sections.
• Configure and maintain a competition database; generate reports as required.
• Coordinate activities covered by service agreements; keep documentation up to date.
• Support system rollouts and participate in UAT; keep manuals and guides current.
• Assist Exhibitors and train Competition Officials; promote safe work practices.
