Job summary

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) is seeking a Partnership Account Manager to join our Commercial team. You will drive sponsorship and advertising revenue while managing a portfolio of valued partners across the Sydney Royal Easter Show and related events.

Working closely with sponsors, you will develop and present proposals, identify new opportunities and ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered successfully, including on-site activations during major events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorship, sales, account management, business development or a similar client-facing commercial role.
• Experience preparing and presenting proposals, presentations or commercial opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong time management, organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A positive, professional and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sponsorship and advertising revenue growth while managing a portfolio of partners across events.
• Develop and present sponsorship proposals, identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
• Ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered successfully and assist with sponsorship agreements, budget administration and activations.
• Deliver outstanding on-site experiences, activations, branding and advertising opportunities during major events.
• Support reporting and sales-related events and functions and work with sponsors during key event periods.

Are you a relationship-focused commercial professional who enjoys building partnerships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional client experiences? The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) is seeking a Partnership Account Manager to join our Commercial team.

This role is responsible for driving sponsorship and advertising revenue growth while managing a portfolio of valued partners across the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal Competitions, education programs and other agricultural events.

Working closely with existing and prospective sponsors, you will develop and present sponsorship proposals, identify new business opportunities, nurture strong client relationships and ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered successfully. You will also assist with sponsorship agreements, budget administration, event activations, reporting and sales-related events and functions.

During the Sydney Royal Easter Show, you will work directly with sponsors to deliver outstanding on-site experiences, activations, branding and advertising opportunities while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering results. Evening and weekend work will be required during key event periods, including the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

• Experience managing client accounts and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Experience coordinating sponsor activations, events or promotional campaigns.
• An understanding of, or interest in, agriculture, events, entertainment or related industries.
