Orange Sky is seeking a proactive fundraiser to drive new business acquisition and secure corporate sponsorships for Australia. This full-time role reports to the Senior Partnerships Manager and focuses on high-value partnerships, sector outreach, and closing agreements to grow revenue and expand community impact.

You will craft bespoke value propositions, pitch decks, and manage Salesforce-driven pipelines, collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure feasibility and success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, corporate sales, or proactive fundraising.
• Proven ability to convert new prospects into partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate impact numbers into sales stories.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying and pitching to target corporate sectors.
• Secure campaign sponsors and commercial partners for giving days and appeals.
• Craft tailored proposals and compelling pitch decks for corporate audiences.
• Manage pipeline and ensure smooth hand-offs to stewardship team post-signature.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in corporate giving models.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and fundraising teams to align proposals.
