Orange Sky is seeking a proactive Fundraiser in Australia to drive new business acquisitions and secure corporate sponsorships. The role reports to the Senior Partnerships Manager and focuses on sector outreach, high-value pitching, and closing partnership agreements to grow corporate revenue and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, corporate sales, or proactive fundraising acquisition.
• Experience translating complex impact numbers into compelling sales stories.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pitch to target corporate sectors to build a pipeline of high‑value partners.
• Lead sales cycles to secure matched funding partners and commercial sponsors for key giving days and public appeals.
• Develop bespoke value propositions and compelling pitch decks for commercial audiences.
• Track sales metrics in Salesforce and coordinate hand‑offs to the stewardship team.
• Identify market trends, workplace giving initiatives, and opportunities to stay ahead of corporate giving models.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and fundraising teams to align proposals and ensure feasibility.
