Job summary

Lifeline Australia is seeking a Partner Acquisition Manager to identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships that generate revenue and strategic value. You will manage end-to-end new business opportunities, from prospecting through to proposal development, with support from the Head of Strategic Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, fundraising or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, business development, sales or commercial partnerships.
• Proven track record securing new business, sponsorships or strategic partnerships.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline management and relationship development skills.
• Excellent written communication with experience preparing proposals, presentations and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, conducting research and qualification.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals, presentations and tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and represent Lifeline at meetings and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver partnership opportunities and onboarding for new partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting insights in CRM systems.
• Contribute to partnership strategy, market analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
