Job summary

Lifeline Australia is seeking a Partner Acquisition Manager to identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships that fund and support Lifeline’s crisis support and suicide prevention services. You will manage end-to-end new business development from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and conversion, collaborating with senior leaders to grow revenue and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or business development.
• Proven track record securing new business or partnerships.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent written proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with Lifeline’s priorities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and conduct research and qualification.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals and tailored solutions for partners and Lifeline.
• Engage senior corporate stakeholders and represent Lifeline at events and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver partnership opportunities and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and provide reporting and forecasting insights.
• Contribute to partnership strategy and market analysis to improve fundraising performance.
