Job summary

Bendigo Bank is hiring a Partner Relationship Manager for the Third Party Banking division in Adelaide. You will own end-to-end partner relationships, drive growth, and shape commercial strategy across three White Label partnerships.

You will translate performance data into actionable growth, lead high-stakes negotiations, and ensure market-leading service and regulatory compliance for our partner network. A background in banking partnerships is essential.

• Ability to interpret partner performance data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship, growth, and commercial strategy across White Label partnerships.
• Translate partner data into growth opportunities and lead negotiations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage risk across the partner portfolio.
• Deliver analytics and reporting to partners and executives.
• Collaborate with Credit Assessment, Mortgage Operations, Marketing, and Contact Centre teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of value propositions for White Label and broker networks.
