Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst for Strategy and Performance to provide strategic recommendations within Third Party Banking. This role involves translating complex data into insights for decision-making and supporting pricing strategies and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Finance or related fields, proven analytical experience, and advanced Excel skills. This full-time permanent position can be based in Melbourne, Bendigo, or Adelaide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercially focused strategy, business performance, or analytical advisory role.
• Knowledge of Bank home‑lending policies, procedures, products, and services advantageous.
• Experience interacting with people across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex portfolio data into clear insights for decision‑making.
• Actively monitor the Australian home lending market to understand competitor behaviour.
• Support the development and execution of the Third‑Party Banking distribution strategy.
